A little while ago we had Sao Paulo Confessions, by Suba. Suba died in a studio fire trying to rescue recordings from this album, which he was producing. I had to break it to you Suba, but it might not have been worth it.
I have to imagine that the majority of Brazilian music is a little more adventurous than this. Based on what the List has shown us, it seems to be mostly comprised of lounge music that doesn't possess much of a personality. I am going to chalk this up to the Listmakers' poor grasp of world music.
This is just kind of boring, even if she does have an amazing voice.
