Well, it's interesting to hear what rap would sound like if the people making it were actually happy. I'd like to see a similar experiment with punk music, but that could be all kinds of scary.

The sampling in this album was well done, and the tracks were varied (maybe a little too varied). I think 67 minutes was too much and there were a few songs that could have been eliminated without damaging the album's quality (De La Orgee, anybody?).

So a different kind of entry, but its sound is still firmly entrenched in the 80s.
