Another very likable album. Considering what it is coming up next, I won't venture to say we are on a streak of good albums. But it's a nice reprieve.

Unlike some of the other recent albums on the List, which are firmly stamped by the 90s, this album sounds like it could have come out five years ago, or fifty years ago. It just had a really unique and timeless sound. If I had to equate it to something we've had before, it would be Neil Young or Nick Cave.

I had never heard of this before, so I am grateful to the List for introducing us. Even if the ending sounded like it was the soundtrack to a weird silent film.
