I had a hard time classifying this album. Technically, this album could fall into the category of world music, indie rock, pop, folk, country, jazz, or trip hop. I guess we will just call it "varied."
This makes for a somewhat scattered album, but it the end it really worked. I enjoyed the exploration of the different genres, and it was always exciting to see what the next track would hold.
Inevitably, there were some slower moments where I didn't enjoy the style they were trying on. But overall, it was very fun, and props to them for doing something different.
